2. What data we process and why

Enquiry form and correspondence. When you send an enquiry on the website, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we process your name, phone number, email address, city, the content of your enquiry and any files you attach (photos of rooms, drawings or furniture). We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we agree, carry out the order.

Legal basis – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Protection against abuse. To protect the form, we briefly store an irreversibly hashed value of the IP address to limit repeated enquiries. Legal basis – our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How long we keep data

Enquiry records in the website’s administration system are deleted automatically after 12 months. Attached files are not stored on the server – they are only forwarded to us by email. If we conclude a contract, its documents are kept for the period required by law.

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing. Data may be processed by our service providers: the website hosting provider (Hostinger) and the email service provider. Contracts with them ensure data protection.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to receive your data in a portable format. Contact us at info@kraftoro.lt – we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
